The Strand Changes command is used to immediately place a white circle in the extracted feature area of the file where design records are linked to strand features that have been modified. If, for example, original Coax design had been routed to an aerial strand route that was later changed to an underground trench route, all the Coax features that were previously linked to the aerial features would be circled.

The Strand Changes command will display a dialog like this if there have been any modifications to the strand features, since the Coax features were placed:
